The following is examples of a how my brain uses a form of self healing via creative writing to help let go and free up emotional energy. 

In any one day or given situation it can be difficult for some people to process or truly react or express how they feel.

This is how I do it.

Recently, a number of disturbing  things have happened to me which includes dangerous attacks of jealously and forms of FORCED touch whilst I continue to try and drive for a living! Whilst there is more direct affirmative actions that I need to take I do not have the confidence in where I would have to go to take such action.

So, for now this is how I got through it all. I began to process by creating the following characters...almost but not quite. Here it is.

A creative self healer finds herself unwittingly and unwilling embroiled in a stalkers ambition to commit a series of perfect murders whilst being completely  obsessed with the self-healer's strange yet non-existent love life,  and also work life!

Let's begin the scene is set: The Pluck Dicks arrive for dinner the place is full of high laughter and much chatter

“We decided on the pantry rather than the formal dining room so everything could be on hand.”

“Quite strange” he said

“What is that old fellow"

“Well, I find it rather odd that on the approach to a certain estate...well...building site more like... there  have been one or two incidents of an unnecessary kind...”

“Sleight?”

“Yes"

“Against whom?”

“The Writer Driver"

“Ooooh....Well...all sleight is unnecessary  old chap...whatever are you getting at...you’re not still kneeling at the front door with  a cloak over your should in the back of an old Essex country lane by a tiny house considering your size....are you?”

“Dear god! The pantry!? Everything at hand! You know i think ive worked in out?”

“What sleeves...what?”

“Murder!”

“What....has anyone gone missing?”

“Noooo....nooo...nooo....but its a great plot. Excuse the pun"

We all laughed and had a wonderful lunch made continuous jokes about why Lavinia’s life in social housing  since 2006 to 2021 had been so eventful.

“Could you imagine...we scoffed they'd been to prison...some of them with the most awful addiction and most quite sculdugarous and dangerous....who...it would seem were given unlimited access... privilege and authority....over those who hadn't...and only to abuse the very help in life given to them in life with the best intention only to go on to run up and rack up a number of murders without being seen as a serial killers?”

“Did someone just mention something about someone being on a test?”

“What?”

“Oh...I don't  know I just thought I heard some one say it...must be a ghost in my ear?”

“Whose ghost said it?”

“A character in my head.”

“Supposed you did write this plot as a film what will it be centred around?”

“The perfect murder”

“Didn't  she at one time that used to go on about that?”

“Probably, and given her bolshie naivety she shrugged it all off!”

“Will you still set it in social housing?”

“Perfect setting....it will go a little something like this....rich kids  short white fat tubby white girt and tall skinny black male....”

“Made rich how?”

“By hard working- working class people who only think about putting food on the table....”

“So...they do not see the world mental health at all?”

“No they are just very basic minded the world is very black and white”

“So ,of course it stands to reason the kids see a more colourful world and become hell bent eventually but not “initially" with getting away with murder....would that be it?”

“Precisely my point....sent back to do charity works on a social housing estate where their parents began their lives together that is were they begin to mingle with people who have been forced too live with varying degrees of mental illness and who cannot avoid the world of crime. They learn about a deliberate kind if murder less kind...”

“Less kind what the...?”

“What i mean by that is they learn about precisely planned and executed murders where the killers find their burial plots first which includes the just in case places too before they commit any crime!”

“Dear God help us all...do go on old fellow...how do they get caught? Where do they get caught because to get away with murder you have got to be better than time and the only things that buy enough time is to have a compulsive liar on board and an a illusionist plus someone who is very imaginative often none of these people are...and if you need a team each team member though an accomplice they are also your witness.....therefore who are they... they must be what?”

“All are stalkers!”

“So....how do they keep getting away with it all then or what is the first thing they all got away with in life...what did they get away with?”

“Rape?”

“Which type of rape....date rape....incest rape.....domestic rape....?”

“The one most frequently ignored?”

“Which must mean.....hmmm...hmm...hmmm they or everybody has ignores someone’s pleas until it turns to murder?”

“In a lot of older incest cases nothing would have been supported.... nothing would have supported a malicious child not to be so....not in a society which supported corporal punishment that's for sure.... even if the church or school picked up on it the damage may have been almost impossible to curtail?”

“So the plot continues as; these kids parents being very wealthy property developers....”

“Oh yes....and that is how a spree of murders occur....because they already have the plots planned so to speak"

“So what keeps giving them the impetus?”

“They keep trying to make the world look right for the person they stalk....but they reword all of their complaints against them and redirect them at somebody famous blaming and claiming that the person they are stalking is complaining about the famous person who they direct the complaints made against them too!”

“What an idea.....eh?”

“So, you are not writing about how to get away with murder...this is how to creatively highlight all the antics happening around the experiences of those who may have been ignored for so many years?”

“Not being ignored per say ....when did she that writer begin to get suspicious or suffer suspicions about being surrounded by a plots to murder....”

“2014?”

“She began tramping....was up somewhere between newcastle and yorkshire areas and she began to realise that certain news reports of incidents were occuring relatively close to where she had delivered....”

“Really.....does this relate to incidents which had occured at where she worked which may mean several of her employers/intermediaries and their clients must have been attacked or are under attack... maybe....but why wouldn't any of them be direct with her and tell her if that was the case?”

“Well..it obviously  is not the case...but if it were the possibly some of their own behaviour is less than favourable. Some may not have paid...or may expect too much for what they do pay which can mean workers despite the choice feel oblige to do more than what they would like do”

“Constant fear that they might be abused by non payment. Or deliberately shorted payments...the workers that is?”

“Ok..going back to including her nightly experience.... if all of this flicky-flicky shit by night is down to that same couple who is pleasing who?”

“Meaning?”

“You will also need to portray the dynamic between the two. There tends to be a boss in these types of close associate relationships.  Or this may mean that who so ever stalks her....sees her most prevalent activity aka her work as a way to abuse her as their side kick....despite not having zero relationship or interaction with her?”

“Hmmm....the impersonal way in which she is dealt begins to lead to the murders clues?”

“Yeah...if we do make this film the main scenes can be about everything else but the murder and only at the very end do the audience know they are watching a murder plot?”

Or better still build up the questions in their minds too...Do they realise they had been watching how people got away with murder?  That will make the film more of a lesson won't  it?”

“Will in that case make sure you show the investigating officer as an wholesome/brain healthy character not as an addict solving the crime!”

“Oooooh...isn't that prejudiced?”

“No...it is about time that old mould was broken!”

“Is it?”

“Tut..tut...look I reckon the facts behind the plot is...if true...that someone had already tortured Lavinia in childhood and is still doing so...their claim to fame is to show they’re able to flood her mind with so many ‘ideas" so to speak...”

“But isn't that...”

“Do you mean by still remotely targeting her.... It must show or prove their need to still have her as a target which may mean they are presenting as being: vexed by her success and must refer to her endlessly but disparagingly...?”

“Ah....hmm....which means unless you can see through gossip and are disinterested in gossip will you see the true culprit?”

“So what do we have here?”

“They get the attention they need by indirectlt attacking somebody famous?”

“But by jeeping her in focus...because they've got to have that dangle on a string element to what ever they do...that’s their joy!”

“More than likely also by committing a number of obvious/high profile thefts?”

“Trouble is when stalking is involved you have the stalker gloating about how much they have gotten away with. Then victim/survivor and the targeted trying to report it. If ignored....they are then left exhausted by just trying to survive by remaining non involved! Then you have the “intuitivists” type constantly preying on what’s been missed calling those trying to understand stupid....and then there are the myriad of disguises....of course!”

“Do you know...how many have been involved in the “they do exist" campaign?”

“What is that with regards to her fictional face art?”

“Yes"

“Don't know to be honest didn't even know anything like that had started...but it adds texture to the plot. Hmmm....don't know if such campaign will do very well, or anyone any good?”
