Pensive Healing

Held in a suspension of apprehension of truth
Fearful of connection misread without the intention to cause pain or dread
A willingness to know to learn and put things right
Yet a feeling and a sense of seclusion keeps everything and everyone back
A static movement amongst those who want and need so desperately to be free
Empty cities happen after good cheer tinged with a little sadness for those who are no longer as present as they were
Chills and fevers
Love and lovers
Though inspired to not do
Represent and speak of the fullness, and attributes of loving kindness
There was anger in our past between my late sister and I to an on looker it may seem cruel and wicked of me to embrace or be drawn to extremes of part of what had been
I cannot say I am right to do as I do
Sometimes I can walk away
Sometimes I just have to stay and sit with whatever message to me it is
It is the truth of how we eventually spiritually connected and even though we trauma bonded we became friends
Somewhere within in it all is a space to heal and cleanse, and though after all the tears and feeling completely depleted there is a way to accept
Thank Goodness
Sometimes there are up times and at times there are down times, and then there is that journey to find balance, harmony, solace, and truth
May all our paths lead to the good for all concerned and the happiness we all deserve past and present.
Be Love
To be of Love
Without Blame
Without Shame
Without Disgrace
It can be hard to step over hurdles that appear and communicate the way a loved needs to hear
When so young there was just so much I couldn’t understand distracted and blinkered by abuse it can be so hard to understand exactly what it does to you
As a human race there is so much progress being made as imperfect as we may come and go giving thanks for all the blessings we have, and gratitude for every second of enlightenment for mankind is as beautiful as sunshine

THERAPY IS THE PROCESS: BECOMING A BETTER PARENT
